Is possible to making terror drone voxel with full walking animation and attack animation?

Yes it would be possible, the walking animation can be done as per usual with an multi-section vxl & an animated hva. The attack animation is done with a weapon projectile which can also use a vxl as the image.

However I wouldn't recommend it though as animating a vxl can be rather difficult & it's much easier to instead animate a 3D model & render it into a shp.

Yeah I think so, SHP is better except they cannot flip.
