Suggestion: Show Foundation Cells

As an advanced modder, Banshee probably knows how the game determines how a building's image is outlined relative to it's foundation..
(And if he doesn't: The game takes the exact center of the canvas as point 0,0,0; That point is the corner of the selection box that is just hidden by the building image)
What i need is a tool that simply 'projects' any foundation you want over the image. It should be quite easy to do..but save us a lot of work!

So if i entered 2x2, the program would check the center of the canvas, and draw the foundation from there.
