Rename the rotdxp02 to 05.mix files to expand02 to 05.mix

and extract the ini files renaming them properly if the mixes arent enough...

rulez.ini = rules.ini
arr.ini = art.ini
aj.ini = ai.ini

extract the ecache##.mix files from the expand##.mix files, That solves it.

Could FInalSun not be edited so that it loads from the ROTF files instead of/as well as tibsun.mix?

Easily. I already did that succesfully. It won't find the ecaches inside, though. (or tstwec.mix files, in my case)

I tried that right away. Prob is Fnalsun doesn't read mixfiles inside mixfiles, meaning you'd have to extract them anyway. So then you can better just rename the rest while you're on it anyway.
