I like it, although you can improve the skin... it's kinda... errr.. simple. Only two different tons of colours, isnt it? Kinda irreal

I think that the launcher is a little too high off the body. Missiles firing from it would most likely tear it from its base with such a little support bar. Perhaps you could lower it and angle it upwards like GDI MLRS from TD. That would improve not only the aerodynamics but also the structure. The concept is awesome though. Never thought of putting a cycle wheel on a multi-wheeled vehicle, gives it a more Nod-ish look.
