That's no rain. It's the unused green tiberium cristal animation. It was supposed to show this like the RA2 gold minerals. (WTF IS THE CORRECT VERB TO SAY THAT!?!!???!?! BLINKING? ARRGHGHH!!!!!! I FORGOT!!!!)

EDIT: It's the green tiberium cristals glow animation, it was removed from the final version of the game.

To be perfectly honest, it will probably cause reconnection errors on multiplayer games and really lag when it's running. Theoretically, though, it should work.

or you just set the frequency low so it looks like flurries for snow. (not huge w00t blizzards),or,as i tried last night,a bunch of INFDIEs. did that work,claz?

I haven't had a chance yet. I manged to cause an internal error somehow (which, as far as I know, was completely unrelated to the rain effect). Why did you add Image=INFDIE to the warhead, though?

...I thought that was where the anim was supposed to be placed. i completley ignored the Projectile.

No, you use AnimList= in the warhead. The Ion Storm has no projectile.
