does any1 no where i can find design utilities, like making buildings and signatures for mods?
i mean programmes tht allow u to design loading screens for ts

Get OS SHP Builder 3.34!
And XCC Tools

Then open GMENU.MIX for game loading menus and loading screens. Side loading screens can be found in TIBSUN.MIX... so don't get lost...

PSP=Paint Shop Pro
PSP also = Playstation Portable and i own one they pwn!
